How do you access the purchased product?

You will see a download link displayed immediately on the order confirmation page after purchase. You will also automatically get an email with a download link.

How long do I have to download the files?

​The download link is valid for 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, the link expires and you won’t be able to download the file anymore. If you need access again, please contact us.

Are all sales finals?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase is complete.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! 💙 If you experience any issues with your download—such as file access problems or formatting errors—please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

What format are the files in?

Each product will have a different format so please check each product description for the exact file formats. Note that Google Sheets & Excel files are not fully compatible with Numbers.
